Partnering Mirror Exercise
Two people face each other and decide who is the mirror and reflection. The person who is the mirror begins to move and the reflection person follows their movement to the best of their ability. After exploring one person as a mirror, switch roles and repeat process. For added challenge: allow the two roles to switch without the facilitator initiating the switch. If touch is comfortable in your partnership you can add weight shift and touch.
Number of Participants: two per group, no limit of full community involvement
Age: open to all ages
Time required: 5 minutes per round
Tips and Tricks: usually slower movement allows for better mirroring, make sure there is room for movement
